Allen and Ginter black border mini cards are a parallel set of the regular Allen and Ginter mini cards. They feature an all black border and are quite a bit rarer than the standard minis, although not nearly as rare as the no number or Bazooka back minis. Black border minis are inserted at a rate of 1 in 5 packs.
